    Thumbs up Paneer Jhalfrezi

    Paneer 1 1/2 inch dices 200 gm
    Onion 1 no
    Capsicum I no
    Tomatoes 1 no
    Oil 2 tbsp.
    Jeera 1 tsp.
    Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp.
    Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp.
    Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
    Dhania powder 3/4 tsp.
    Salt To taste
    Malt vinegar / lemon juice 1 tbsp.
    Chopped coriander 1 tbsp.

    - Heat oil ansd add jeera, when it crackles add ginger a nd garlic paste and saute it.
    - Add diced onion and diced capsicum, toss for a minute.
    - Add dry masalas and toss.
    - Add diced paneer, chopped coriander and malt vinegar or lemon juice, cook for 1-2 minute
    - Add diced tomatoes and cook for another 2 mins.
    - Garnish with chopped coriander.
