    INGREDIENTS:
    Curd 200 gm
    Besan 30 gm
    Gud 40 gm
    Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
    Hing A pinch
    Methi dana 1/2 tsp
    Whole red chilli 2
    Curry patta 6
    Cloves 3
    Cardamom 2
    Boiled water 2 cups
    Green chilli 1
    Ginger 1/2 tsp
    Oil 15 gm


    PROCEDURE:
    - Mix curd, besan & water & ensure there is no lumps
    - Heat oil in a kadhai add methi, hing, curry patta, whole red chilli, cloves, cardamom and the above mixture
    - Add gud , stir continuously till it boils
    - Add more water , correct consistency & seasoning
    - Simmer for 20 minutes on fire
