    For dough
    Maida 250 gm
    Melted ghee 3 tbsp
    Meetha soda 1/4 Tsp
    Oil To fry
    Water To kneed
    For stuffing
    Khoya (grated) 4 tbsp
    Suji 2 tbsp
    Sugar 2 tbsp
    Desiccated coconut 6 tbsp
    Elachi powder 1 tsp
    Sugar syrup 5 tbsp
    Kishmish 5 gm
    Cashew nut 5 gm
    Wark 1 sheet
    Chopped pista For garnish

    - Kneed dough & roll the balls
    - Spread water all over & place it in a mould
    - Place 2 tsp of stuffing, shut the mould and trim the excess dough
    - Fry on low heat in just enough oil
    - Dip the gujjiyas in warm sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes
    - Finally decorate with vark & pistas
