    Talking Green Peas Curry

    Green peas boiled 250 gm
    Mushrooms cut and blanched 250 gm
    Coconut oil 50 ml
    Cummin seeds 1/4 tsp.
    Mustard seed 1/4 tsp.
    Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp.
    Urad dal 1 tsp.
    Onions chopped 50 gm
    Ginger garlic paste 10 gm
    Coriander powder 1 tsp.
    Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
    Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.
    Tomato puree 100 gm
    Coconut cream / milk 30 gm
    Cashewnut paste 15 gm
    Curry leaves 10 nos.
    Coriander chopped 10 gm

    - Heat oil in a wok add cummin seeds, methi seeds, urad dal, mushroom seeds
    - When they crackle add chopped onions , saute until light brown.
    - Add ginger garlic paste and stir for a minute.
    - Add dry spice s and stir.
    - Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
    - Reduce to low heat add cashewnut paste and coconut milk. ( add w ater if required)
    - Garnish with chgopped coriander.
