Sony Entertainment Television’s CID (Fireworks Productions) will be seen entertaining the audience with some interesting episodics.

In one of the stories, actor Abhishek Duhan will play an important role.

Abhishek, who has actively been part of movie projects, in the series will play an investigator named Kabir, probing into the death of his friend. With some intense action and drama filling up the screen, Kabir will join hands with team CID to nab the culprit.

When we contacted Abhishek, he said in confirmation: “This was my first episodic with CID and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There were lot of action sequences and stunts involved which I had never done before. I feel fortunate to be a part of such a good story as I am always on the lookout for performance oriented roles. I had been assisting Sajid Nadiadwala for his upcoming project, Kick and was also a part of Pankaj Dheer’s My Father Godfather where I have a good screen presence.”

The episodic will be aired over a period of two days on 23 and 24 May.

Furthermore, in another episodic, the production house plans to air a ‘never seen before concept’. The story will witness the presence of Pallavi Sapra, who was earlier seen in Zee TV’s mythological drama, Ramayan.

The story will revolve around a financier, who would be murdered by a group people due to the trouble he would cause to them in their respective professions. Pallavi will essay the role of a famous actress who would be involved in the murder.

The case later would be taken up by team CID.

The episode will air sometime next week.

Pallavi stated, “We will start shooting after a week for the episodic. I cannot give out information on the story or my character but it is going to be something which the viewers have never experienced on the show before. I was on a break and I am now in look out to be a part of an interesting project apart from unique episodics trolled out by Fireworks Productions.“
