Sanjay Dutt's new muse 'Photography'
Sanjay Dutt has a secret passion for photography. While the actor was in Srinagar shooting for old friend and producer Bunty Walia's Lamhaa, the actor took many pictures in between shots.
These photos are now part of the Lamhaa coffee table book. Dutt took the pictures on his personal Canon SLR digital camera.
Producer Bunty says, "Sanju, me and the entire unit of the film had a blast while shooting in Kashmir. The people are amazing and they were really warm and welcoming, which worked to a huge advantage to us.
I thought the pictures that Sanju took were stunning, so we picked a few and have displayed them in the Lamhaa coffee table book."
Sanjay's Lamhaa co-star Kunal Kapoor reveals, "Sanjay is very close to Kashmir. I think he shot his first ever film (Rocky) there and has visited the state many times during his childhood days.
He had various memories which he shared with us on the sets. He had the camera all the time and he'd be clicking away whenever he found something interesting."
About shooting in Kashmir, Kunal adds, "When we were there for the first schedule, the situation was very volatile mainly because of the upcoming elections. But when we went there for the second time, there was this feeling of homecoming. The people are very hospitable and warm."
