    Cool IPL 2014 Discussion

    Follow us on Social Media

With the 7th edition of the Indian Premier League approaching quickly, all eyes are on the auction which will be held on the 12th of February. This season will be a much new and fresh start to the IPL as we have witnessed many changes to the tournament already.

    A few of these include:
    - Franchise can retain maximum of 5 players
    - Rs 60 crore salary cap
    - Withdrawal of Pune Warriors India
    - Overseas players have the option of being paid in different currency
    - Rights-to-match

With the introduction of these new aspects, it will interesting to see how the IPL folds out. There is also speculation that half of the IPL will be held in India, while the other half overseas due to political issues.

Nevertheless, I'm getting right behind my boys- Royal Challengers Banglore! Drop down comments on who you will be supporting this season and what you think of these new changes? I'm always open to personal opinions as I love discussing cricket and its alternation.

    Thanks,
    Shivam :')
