What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
Fitness for me is a healthy body and a fresh mind.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I am a gym freak. So in order to stay in shape, I workout everyday and follow a strict diet.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
Actually, I'm foodilicious. That's why I allow myself to cheat on the strict diet once a week. But otherwise, I'm bound to follow my boring strict diet. (Laughs)
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
Three things that I do on a daily basis are:
1) I make it a point to not eat anything post 7 in the evening.
2) Under no circumstances I skip my cardio workout.
3) And the most important thing, I drink lots and lots of water.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I love to play cricket.
Is there a dream role you would like to play? If so, what would it be?
My dream role would be the role I see myself doing in my first film.
What is your fitness secret?
Well, to be frank, there is no secret as such. As I said, I workout everyday and follow a particular diet.
A fitness tip for your fans.
I would like to advice my fans to firmly eat healthy and nutrient-rich food. For those who wish to have a fit and lean body, follow a rigorous workout. There is no magical tip that will turn you into a desired shape. It is the end result of the discipline you follow constantly.
