UFC Fighter Names Pro Wrestling's Best Submission Hold
The Examiner is reporting a yet unreleased interview between the WWE, and UFC fighter Chael Sonnen. When asked which submission hold he feels is the best in pro wrestling, Sonnen sighted WWE Superstar Alberto del Rio's cross armbreaker.
"An armbar is one fighter using his arms, legs and hips to apply pressure on an elbow. An armbar can be applied quickly and effectively from almost any position. I tapped out to an armbar quickly twice yesterday in training. There is a point of no return with an armbar where there is only one centimeter more before the elbow breaks. You can tap out or spend six months recovering from surgery."
Sonnen was scheduled to face Forrest Griffen at UFC 155, but was pulled from the event to act as a coach for the 17th season of The Ultimate Fighter. For all UFC and MMA news

Thanks for the info, the cross armbreaker is indeed one of the most painfull submissions. I have felt it myself and it`s easy to apply but very difficult to get out of without breaking everything in your arm
I am the best in the world at what i do.
