Salman Khan’s secret to a fit body is long-distance walking!
Post his recent health scare (trigeminal neuralgia), actor Salman Khan is not taking his health for granted anymore. The superstar has given up smoking, drinking and has inturn taking up long-distance walking to stay fit.
Apparently, the actor is also diagnosed with some abnormality in his brain. However, a surgery is risky, lest he slips into a coma. Despite all this, Sallu continues with his strict exercise regime.
A source said, “Salman has been trying out different ways of keeping fit. If he is not in prime shape, it may affect his general health.”
The actor walks all the way to Satara from his hotel room, where he is shooting for the sequel of Dabangg, making it 30 kilometers a day..
The source added, “He makes it a point to walk everyday from Panchgani (where he stays) to Wai (where the shooting is taking place). Since the entire stretch is 15 kilometers, Salman ends up walking 30 kilometers a day.”...being a human...
