Vijay Mishra back on TV with Adaalat
Vijay Mishra, who was last seen as a parallel lead in Sahara One’s Bitto as Rudrapratap Singh, is back on TV after a hiatus of one and a half year. In the span he got rejected 15 times when auditioned for different television shows, he bagged a Bollywood flick, 332 Mumbai to India, and a few Bhojpuri films.
But now he is all set to entertain TV viewers again in Sony Entertainment Television’s Adaalat (Contiloe Telefilms).
As per a reliable source, Vijay will be seen as Lakhori Singh, a dacoit, who wants to take the place of his gang leader Subedar. His character will be an out-and-out negative one.
The actor confirmed his entry as he said, “It was awesome shooting for Adaalat. And I am really happy on my comeback in television.”
On him having disappeared from the tube he shared, “Soon after Bitto I bagged a Bollywood movie 332 Mumbai to India. But it did not do well at the box office after which I did a few Bhojpuri projects. But after that it got difficult for me to get back in TV. I was rejected 15 times. But now I am back for sure.”
As reported earlier by us, Mugdha Shah and Ram Awana too will be a part of this episodic that airs tonight (15 September 2012).
