Default Good and bad punching can make or break a match....

It's the most basic move, but some wrestlers are truly awful at throwing "punches" at an opponent.

There's two of the worst - Orton and Miz. I just don't like either style of theirs. Not enough "boom"

The Rock was one of the greats of all time. Those sound like they're connecting somewhat.

    And then the G.O.A.T.

about 6 min in, on the Miz

    - bout a min in on Triple H

I'd nominate that last match as a top 3 on Raw of all time. That match was ****ing sick.

But bad punching can just make the rest of a wrestler's body of work look so piss poor, everything builds off of that. It's either the intensity of said blows, the location, the lack of sound, or maybe all three. Some wrestlers like Kane, use an uppercut to have their own style, while other guys like Flair and HBK, developed chops to make up for their fairly lackluster punches.

I got used to bad punching after watching Rocks stomps over the years.
