Is WWE, or mainly, Vince Mcmahon, beginning to lose faith in it's current generation?

As we all know, the participants in the Raw MITB match will consist of past WWE champions. Most of them are well known WWE veterans who don't really need another title reign to solidify their reputation. And then, there's also John Cena who we all know well enough that he doesn't need to win the MITB in order to prove anything. Whoever becomes the winner of the MITB will possibly be the first MITB winner to fail in cashing it in due to the aforementioned fact that none of the people participating in it need the WWE title, which'd render the match pointless, in my opinion.

Is this a sign that Vince has actually somewhat given up on the younger talent or possibly trying something new? A while ago, I remember reading a report that had said Vince was frustrated that he could not make new Superstars. Has Vince finally just given up on that? There's easily enough people that are younger talent that can fill in the Raw MITB, so why not use them?

Vince won't invest strongly enough in anybody to make them a superstar, even Punk has been mid carding with the WWE title.

I think he wants immediate success, but that isn't possible given today's overproduced PG environment.

If you install in your audience that Cena is more important than the champ, they will believe Cena is more important than the champ.

WWE has done nothing to tell the audience others.

There is no doubt that MITB PPV will be success, but at what cost ???

It would have also been a success if old guys like Y2J, Cena, Show and new guys like Kofi, Cara, Dolph would have participated in a 8 man MITB match, I don't really get the concept of only including former Wwe champs in the match.

    Not at all.

There really isn't any need for 2 MITB winners. So basically 1 young guy will get the Smackdown briefcase and the 2nd Money in the Bank winner (Cena) will be used to build Summerslam.

    People need to stop overreacting.

It's not over reacting to be concerned about the WWE title being mid card, and the WHC opening the show.
