    I like to eat cabbage in my salad, it is very light vegetable and could also be taken simply alone. Cabbage is a green vegetable and green vegetables are overwhelmingly beneficial for health. I am happy that i got to know even some meore benefits of cabbage on this page, so kudos for that.

    Really great, currently people are using cabbage with salad, I don't know whether it is a salad item or not, but it looks great and also a healthy food. It contains high protein almost equal to meat, so it is very best for fitness related issues. Protein is good for muscle strength.
