Gulf Oil shortlists locations for second plantGulf Oil Corporation, a part of the Hinduja group, has short-listed a few locations in the South for its second lubricant plant in the country.
“Very soon we will zero in on the location,” Gulf Oil International Chairman Sanjay G. Hinduja said here on Tuesday. He was responding to a query from presspersons on the status of the project proposed by the company last year.
Mr. Hinduja, who spoke to The Hindu earlier, said the company would invest Rs.150 crore on the facility. The capacity would be 75,000 tonnes per annum, similar to that of the existing facility of the company in Silvassa.
