Ali Zafar goes scuba diving in Mauritius
After becoming an overnight heartthrob with his debut film Tere Bin Laden itself, Ali Zafar showed the world that his success is not just a flash in the pan. Besides being an actor par excellence, he is also a singer who is bestowed with good looks. But not many know that this man is a big fan of water sports!
In Mauritius, while shooting for his upcoming film which is a remake of Chashme Badoor (being directed by David Dhawan), Ali went scuba diving off the coast for a song. He said that it was really fascinating to see the marine life there and to get a different perspective of life on earth. He added that he saw corals that looked like giant mushrooms and goby fish hiding in the sand, sea urchins and giant sooi keong and the experience of seeing them was really marvelous! Joining him in the fun was his co-actor Divyendu Sharma, both of whom got trained for 40 minutes before diving.
Prior to this, Zafar has undertaken paragliding, water tube ride, attempted a 160 foot free fall jump, pendulum ride, sat in the world's second largest roller coaster in Liverpool… the list is endless!
