Naga Chaitanya opts out of Radha Mohan's 'Gauravam'
Looks like, Naga Chaitanya’s career is taking a back seat these days with back to back duds. A few days ago, Radha Mohan had officially roped in Naga Chaitanya for the lead role in the movie Gouravam, which features Sarath Kumar’s daughter Varalaxmi. But sources from the industry say that the actor has opted out of it due to some reason.
Now, one of Allu Arjun’s brothers would reportedly be roped in for the role in the film. it was reported that Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya would star in Kollywood director Radha Mohan's forthcoming bilingual movie Gouravam, which is made in Tamil and Telugu. But if sources are to believe the Ye Maya Chesave star has walked out of the project. Though a few sources close to Nagarjuna's family have confirmed the news, the official confirmations from the producers Duet Movies are awaited.
The young actor, who failed to choose a good script for his debut film, did two films which had director value. Both Gowtam Menon and Sukumar have shown Chaitanya in suitable roles and have given him back to back successes.
Naga Chaitanya didn't read the successes of Ye Maya Chesave and 100% Love well that he opted for mass films under relatively new directors direction. Both Ajay Bhuyan and Vivek Krishna have let him down with Dhada and Bejawada respectively. Bejawada despite opening on a high note lost the steam even before the first weekend.
