Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 now available for R 28,500
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 680 (7.7) is now available at a price of Rs 28,500 in India via online retail store, Flipkart.
The device has been listed for just Rs 26,149 by Vodafone India.
The tablet, which had first been unveiled by Samsung at IFA 2011 in Germany, was so far available at a price of Rs 33,571 on Flipkart.
Just 7.89 mm thick, Galaxy Tab 7.7 weighs 335 grams and is being promoted by Samsung as the world’s first mobile tablet featuring super AMOLED Plus Display, which 'allows for a wider range of colours with greater separation between lights and darks vividly'.
Powered by a 1.4 GHz dual core application processor, it comes with a 5,100 mAh battery that provides up to 10 hours of video playback time.
The device runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb platform. It has 1GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and supports MicroSD cards of up to 32 GB. It comes with 3MP Auto focus camera with LED flash and 2MP secondary camera.
