iPhone 5 to sport 3.5" screen, get launched in Oct: Report
Assuming that's what Apple will call it once it gets released, the iPhone 5 is all set for an October 2012 launch, an imore.com report suggests.
Previous reports by bgr.com and macotakara.com had floated similar release dates for the iPhone 5.
According to a recent imore.com report, the phone will most likely retain the 3.5 inch screen that its predecessor iPhone 4S comes with. There is a possibility that screen size will increases a bit, but it will not come anywhere close to the gigantic 4.5 inch-screens that Android phones sport.
The report adds that the iPhone 5, like the recently launched 'New iPad', will come with 4G LTE compatibility and a new 'micro dock' connector.
Rumours surrounding the features and specs of the next-gen iPhone indicate the phone might carry a 4-inch display, a redesigned antenna system, and a rubber or a plastic body.
The iPhone 5 is expected to be curvier than its predecessor. It will most likely retain the button design of the iPhone 4S, suggests a report on the website iphone5latest.com.
It might sport the same 8MP camera that the iPhone 4S comes with or a higher 10 MP one, the report adds....being a human...
