Bollywood Chocolate boy Shahid Kapoor whose last flick "Mausam" failed to set the box-office afire whose last release is right now busy with Kunal Kohli's tentatively titled flick "Teri Meri Kahaani" with his ex-girlfriend Priyanka Chopra.

Now the latest buzz is that Shahid Kapoor has signed to star in Siddharth Anand's next film and the buzz is that Nargis Fakhri Fakhri will reportedly play the lead role opposite Kapoor in the movie that will be scripted by Abbas Tyrewala and produced by Tips.

Rumour mills might have been working overtime after Nargis Fakhri flew down to Goa last week to celebrate Shahid Kapoor's birthday. Though several close friends of Kapoor were present at his birthday bash, the likes of Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Amrita Rao and Genelia D’Souza, who graced the occasion last year, were missing this time round.

According to a source who attended the party, this year the bash was meant only for the actor’s male friends and their spouses. The source added that Fakhri was invited at the last minute after Kapoor danced with her at an awards function recently.

Another source claimed that it was Fakhri’s Rockstar co- star Ranbir Kapoor who introduced her to Kapoor. He said, “ Shahid and Ranbir are close friends. Ranbir recommended Nargis to Shahid and the duo will now work in Anand’s next film.” According to sources, the birthday party in question was nothing short of ‘ wild’. Kunal Kohli reportedly even fell ill.

However, Kapoor was reportedly upset after the paty pictures clicked by his photographer- friend Atul Kasbekar were released to the media. When contacted, Kasbekar stayed clear of commenting on whether the birthday host was upset with him. He, however, gave more details about the party.

“ Shahid had booked the entire hotel for guests. DJs worked in shifts and played over 18 hours of music.Guests could opt for foot massages and endless rounds of food and drinks were available.”
