Default Why is Ranbir thinking hard ?

Though Ranbir Kapoor is just two films old, he has a strong mind. When Raj Kumar Santoshi asked him to allot fresh dates to reshoot some portions of the almost complete Ajab Prem Ki Ghajab Kahani, Ranbir had some reservations.

A source from the production unit said, ?It is known among industry circles that Santoshi likes to reshoot his films. For Ajab..., Santoshi was dissatisfied with some portions that he had shot with Ranbir and Katrina Kaif in Ooty. He has scrapped those portions completely and wants to reshoot them. When he informed his stars about reshooting the scenes, Katrina had no problem, but Ranbir did not seem too happy with the idea.?

Considering the fact that Santoshi has worked with Ranbir?s father, Rishi Kapoor in Damini (1993), is it fair on Ranbir?s part to keep Santoshi on hold? The source elaborated, ?Ranbir had given priority to Santoshi?s film as he (Santoshi) had earlier worked with his father. But things did not go as per his expectations. The shooting schedule of the film took longer than usual. Usually, actors dole out 45 days or even 90 days if the film is being made on a very large scale. And in exceptional cases, actors shoot even for 115 days at a stretch. Santoshi has shot Ajab... for over 115 days. Though Ranbir cooperated throughout the schedule, he is reluctant to give extra dates as that would affect his other commitments. However, Ranbir is giving re-shooting a serious thought as he has worked very hard on the film.?

When we checked with Raj Kumar Santoshi if he plans to reshoot some portions of Ajab... he shot back, ?Reshoot? Right now I am shooting the climax of the film which will be completed in two days. So, where is the question of re-shooting??
