    Default Crispy Chicken Nuggets

    Boneless chicken (large bite size pieces) 400 gm
    Egg 1
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Black pepper 1/2 tsp
    Milk 1/4 cup
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Oil as needed for frying

    For Batter:
    Plain flour 3 tbsp
    Corn flour 3tbsp
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Water 1/2 cup
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Black pepper 1/2 tsp

    Marinate chicken in salt, black pepper, egg, milk and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
    For Batter: Mix plain flour, corn flour, baking powder, black pepper and salt to make a thick paste with the help of water.
    Now heat oil, dip chicken pieces in batter and fry till crispy golden brown.
    Serve hot with ketchup
