Arbaaz doesn't mind being overshadowed by wifey
Bollywood actor Arbaaz Khan is happily living in the shadow of his wife, model- anchor- actress Malaika Arora Khan.

He's happy to see his wife grow while he remains in the sidelines.

So much so that he claims to be totally different from the chauvinistic husband that he plays in the small time film 'Mere Khwabon Mein Jo Aaye'.

"My character in the film is that of a typical husband, a little chauvinistic. He is always busy with his work and in turn pulls his wife down constantly and is forever eroding her self-esteem. It is true that I'm a total contrast from my character in the film, but every time you don't play characters that you can relate to.

If you are an actor, you have to play different roles," he said.

He does work hard on his roles and has experimented quite a bit too. He started off in 1996 with 'Daraar' where he played a psychotic wife-beater and then supporting parts in 'Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya', 'Qayamat: City Under Threat', 'Hulchul' and the recent 'Fashion.'

He says that he was never afraid of being typecast in a certain type of role and just picks and chooses from the roles that are offered to him.

It's another matter though that stardom has always eluded Salman Khan's younger brother.

However he's not giving up. He has small films like 'Kissan' and a thriller 'Stoneman' and is keen on doing a comedy on the lines of 'Partner'. He's keen on turning film producer and sign brother Salman for a new film.

This is another B-Town guy with a 'never say die' attitude!
