    Diabetes is very common now a days.I want to share some of my knowledge about type 2 diabetes

    Type 2 diabetes is very common in young age group people specially young girls.
    In this type the level of insulin increases in blood.Due to which the body weight increases and the married women can faces the difficulties to concieve the pregnancy.


    When a person come to know that he got type 2 diabetes then he should change his eating habits
    The food items that he can eat are following.


    BRAN BREAD
    WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
    SPAGETTI
    EGG
    FISH
    CHICKEN
    TEA WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF SUGAR OR WITH NO SUGAR
    ALL VEGETABLES
    ORANGES
    WATER MELON
    CHICK PEAS
    LENTILS
    YOUGURT
    The food item that should not taken are following
    RICE
    WHITE BREAD
    REFINED FLOUR
    SUGAR
    TOFFEES
    ALL BAKERY ITEMS
    ICE_CREAM
    DRINKS
    FRIED ITEMS
    ALL JUNK FOOD SPECIALLY ZINGER BURGER AND PIZZAS

    All the people can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes by :
    1 daily exercise specially brisk walk
    2 drink a lot of water 12 to 16 glasses
    3 take healthy food
    ...being a human...
