    Default Turkey and Egg Club Sandwiches!

    1 cup mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
    2-3 - green chilies, crushed
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    9 slices whole grain bread
    250 grams smoked turkey, thinly sliced
    2 small onion, red peeled, thinly sliced
    2 - eggs, hard boiled, sliced
    . - lettuce, iceberg


    Combine mayonnaise, chopped coriander crushed green chilies and minced garlic in a small bowl. Stir to blend and season dressing to taste with salt.

    Place 3 bread slices on a clean and dry work surface. Spread each with generous amount of dressing. Top with turkey, onion, a second bread slice. Spread this slice with dressing and place egg slices, lettuce leaves and third slice of bread atop each sandwich; press the sandwich slightly and cut in half.


    Substitute turkey with smoked chicken.
