Correct timing to drink water
Correct timing to drink water, will maximize its effectiveness on the Human body.
Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs
One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion
One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure
One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack...being a human...

Water is clearly very necessary for your health and we should drink at other times as well as, for example, early in the morning when we wake up, before and after meals, especially when we are thirsty. Just make sure to drink clean water and safe from contamination. Best timing for drinking water at early morning on empty stomach.
