3.5 feet lead to make it big on ImagineImagine’s show ‘Baba Aiso Var Dhoondho’ is the tale of a girl, who is 3.5 feet tall.
TV over the years has seen a lot many different concepts, wherein the woman has been shown to be a subject of ridicule, whether it be for her not -so-good family background or as a bait to the so-called norms of the society or for her physical/mental aberrations etc.
Now viewers for the first time will be seeing an absorbing tale of a simple and good-looking girl, who is discounted by all her suitors just because she is very short in height i.e the girl, protagonist of the show is just 3.5 feet tall.
Yes, this is the basic concept of Imagine's upcoming show 'Baba Aiso Var Dhoondho', which is jointly produced by Raakesh Paswan and Nikhil Sinha.
A source from the the industry tells us, "The entire story revolves around this girl, who is set aside from the rest of the world, for her stunted growth."
Our Khabroo tell us, "After a nationwide audition, the channel and makers have signed a girl, who is in reality is just 3 feet. The girl obviously is a fresh face on TV."
We tried contacting Saurabh Tewari, Programming Head, Imagine and even sent him a text message but did not get any revert.
Producer Raakesh Paswan too did not revert to our text message.
While Sony is relying heavily on Amitabh Bachchan to deliver numbers with their upcoming show Kaun Banega Crorepati between the 9.00-10.00 p.m. slot, Colors is banking on the gorgeous Priyanka Chopra and their 13 versatile contestants to create success story for this season of Fear Factor-Khatron Ke Khiladix3 in the same time slot.
With 'Baba Aiso Var Dhoodho' which launches on Sept. 20 at the 9.30 p.m. slot, the 3.5 footer girl is all set to give a tough competition to the likes of Big B and Priyanka Chopra.
Vikrant Massey will play male lead in the show..As reported earlier by Tellybuzz, noted actor Smita Singh and Ashita Dhawan will be playing pivotal role in the show.
Let's wait to watch the magic created by this 3.5 feet girl.
