Well, given foods are best for healthy hairs. Your hair needs proper intake of water, protein, minerals and vitamins to stay healthy and growing. The first step to healthy hair is to stop eating junk food, or at least reduce to a minimum. Drink lots and lots of water, which means at least 8 glasses of water a day. The water keeps your hair hydrated and removes all toxins from your body. You must add the fatty acids in your diet.

Well, very useful post. Olive oil is best for hairs. There are good reasons for that. Maintain a healthy scalp, penetrating deep into pores to remove layers of dirt and debris that accumulate over time and clog the follicles causing thinning. Take a hot oil treatment to cover the hair with proteins and make them more resistant to breakage. Pour some olive oil in a pan and heat. Wash your hair with natural shampoo. Rinse hair and apply olive oil on the scalp and wet series.

They are full of calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulphur, magnesium, copper and selenium.
