    * 500 gms Paneer
    * Coriander leaves
    * Rock Salt to taste
    * � cup Hung Curd
    * � tsp Chilli Paste
    * 1� tsp Ginger Paste
    * 1 tsp Cumin Powder
    * � tsp Turmeric Powder
    * 1 tsp Coriander powder


    * Cut the paneer in cubes.
    * Make paste of all other ingredients.
    * Coat paneer in that paste and keep for half an hour to marinate.
    * Put little oil on a tawa and shallow fry. You can even add little lemon juice and sugar in that paste.

    Tip: Peel and cut potatoes and boil them in water in which a little vinegar is added . It will retain their texture & will be done in no time.It will also avoid bad odor and to give a good color to old potatoes.
