    1 teaspoon Ginger paste
    For frying Oil
    To taste Salt and Pepper
    Shrimp (de-vined, washed)
    250 grams White Fish (sole, surmai or betki), cut into inch cubes
    1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
    100 grams Small Broccoli florets
    100 grams Peas
    4 tablespoon Shredded cabbage
    4 Babycorns, thinly sliced
    1 tablespoon
    Soya sauce
    2 tablespoon Sherry
    1 teaspoon Sugar
    2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
    1 tablespoon Knorr Make-a-meal Chinese chilli
    cup Water
    100 grams Noodles
    For frying Oil
    24 inch diameter wire strainers

    1. In oil, stir-fry ginger for half a minute.
    2. Add shrimp and fish, cook for 2 minutes till shrimps are curled.
    3. Remove and keep aside.
    4. Add more oil to pan, stir-fry garlic, broccoli, babycorn, peas and cabbage for 2 minutes.
    5. Blend in soya sauce, sherry and sugar. Cook for 2 minutes.
    6. Add oyster sauce and the meal powder to vegetables and cook until gravy has thickened.
    7. Gently fold in seafood, reheat, and place in noodle basket when

    9. Cook the noodles in salted, boiling water till well done. Drain and cool.
    10. To make the basket, place noodles in one strainer
    and press down with second.
    11. Immerse both baskets in enough oil to cover baskets; fry on medium heat till crisp.
    12. Remove and drain excess oil.
