    Swing your arms while walking. You can burn up to 5 to 10 % more calories by doing this.
    try having a evening or a morning walk as it suits your time .. while doing this swing your arms, clock wise or anti clockwise , this can burn calories and increase the flexibility of your arms.

    Before doing strength training exercises, warm up by doing 5-10 minutes of skipping or jogging to avoid any ind of injury and to get best results from the exercises.
