    What does fitness mean to you?

    Profession, career and future.

    What efforts do you take to stay in shape?

    I take all possible efforts. I eat well; have proteins, fruits and also food that has fibers in it. I make sure I have Gajar, beetroot and amla juice.

    Are you conscious about your food choices?

    Yes but sometimes it is okay. I avoid indulging in fatty foods.

    Do you take protein supplements?

    Yes, I have spent my money in buying protein supplements. I specially order it from US.

    Is there any sport you are skilled at?

    I am skilled at almost all sports. I like playing cricket, snooker and table tennis.

    What is your fitness secret?

    I follow a very good diet, exercise and good sleep.

    A fitness tip for your fans...

    Eat whatever you want to but make sure you exercise. Also, everyone should work out for at least one and a half hour; be it jogging or cycling. Stay happy and be fit.
