One important point we would like to discuss here that no serials do content abusive material as we see in the real world. However, that doesn't mean serials are good and must be watched. You could face eyes problem by watching TV serials for some hours continuosuly. We should control Internet and TV timings, and keep our schedules fixed. Play more outdooor games, less TVs & Internet things like chrome crashing issue. Well, I appreciate the concerns shown by some guys above and I fully agree with them. However, it doesn't mean watching TVs & Internet full day is a solution to the problem.
