    Default Spanish Tomato Rice Recipe

    Ingredients:
    Onion - 1 cup, finely chopped
    Green Capsicum - 1 cup, chopped
    Tomato - 2
    Long-grained Rice - 3/4 cup, uncooked
    Chilli Sauce - 1/2 cup
    Brown Sugar - 1 tsp
    Worcestershire Sauce - 1/2 tsp
    Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
    Cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Pepper

    Method:
    1.Heat oil, cook onion and green pepper till tender but not brown.
    2. Add tomatoes, water, rice, chilli sauce, salt, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, and dash of pepper.
    3. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    4. Crumble cheese on top.
    5. Serve.
