    INGREDIENTS:
    Hung curd 500gms
    Fresh cream 200 gms
    Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
    Sugar syrup 50 gms
    Chopped pista 1 1/2 tsp
    Raisin 1 tbsp
    Saffron (dissolve) 1/2 tsp
    Silver wark 1 leaf

    PROCEDURE:
    - Mix hung curd & cream mix it thoroughly to remove any lumps.
    - Mix until smooth & creamy, for approx 10 min.
    - Add sugar, elaichi powder, saffron & mix again until sugar has dissolved (10min)
    - Now add 1 tsp chopped pista & mix together.
    - Put into a glass bowl & garnish with saffron, pista & raisin.
