    This recipe is for one person, so if making for two just double the quantity


    2 - Hard Boiled Eggs
    2 - Small Roma Tomatoes - Diced
    1/4 - Cup Fresh Cilantro - cut finely
    1 - Small Onion - Diced
    3 - Cloves Garlic - Minced
    1 - Teaspoon Green Chilly Paste Hot
    2 - Tablespoons of Oil
    1 - Teaspoon Garam Masala
    Salt to Taste


    Have everything already chopped and diced and the eggs boiled
    1. In a medium sized skillet, heat on medium, add oil
    2. Add tomatoes, onions, garlic, green chilly
    3. Smash with device used to mash potatoes
    4. Add a little warm water if you want thinner gravy
    5. Add a little more oil
    6. Now grate in the hard boiled eggs, stir
    7. Last add the cilantro and garam masala, and stir
