    Default Corn and Spinach Katti Rolls

    Ingredients:
    4 cups - spinach (palak), finely chopped
    1/2 cup - cooked sweet corn kernels
    1/2 cup - skimmed milk curds, beaten till smooth
    1/2 cup - onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp - garlic, minced
    1 tsp - ginger, minced
    1 tsp - chili powder
    1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
    1 tsp - garam masala powder
    salt to taste
    2 tsp - oil

    Method

    1. Pour the oil in a non stick fry pan. Add onion, garlic and ginger and sauté till fragrant.
    2. Mix all the powders with 2 tbsp of water and fry for 1 minute.
    3. Add spinach and salt. Cover and cook on low heat till the spinach is cooked.
    4. Add corn kernels and curds. Simmer till thick.
