    TV actress Samiksha Bhatnagar tells us how she tries to beat the heat and also talks about her summer plans.

    Summer is here and along with it the rise in mercury which means everyone starts feeling the heat. Our TV celebs too are not spared and here they give tips related to summer and also share what they like and dislike about the summer season.

    We got in touch with the pretty actress Samiksha Bhatnagar who is currently seen in Balaji Telefilms' popular show Kumkum Bhagya on Zee TV, to talk about the same. Here is Samiksha sharing her likes and dislikes about summers...
    Do you like anything about summer?

    Yes! It's a season of Mangoes and Ice creams also I like to do gardening and drive around beaches in summers.

    Summers are meant for... In my school days it used to be a vacation time when I used to see my grand parents who live far away from me. I still tend to follow the rule to the best of my ability.

    The perfect summer wear for me is... Floral colored Maxi / Skirts and tank tops or ganjis with my flats and sling bags..

    Shooting during summer is... It can be exhaustive if you are not taking care of yourself, hence I drink lot of water and juices and regular small meals and cold fruits.. Regular gyming, dance and swimming is a key.

    Things I carry along during summer... Water Bottle, ice storage box(when travelling or out of station) wet wipes with light fragrance, juices, mist spray and fruits.

    My favorite summer drink is... Fresh Mango Shake and I do like Nimbu Pani, Tender coconut but nothing can beat Jal jeera or Sugarcane juice.

    My travel destination during summer is... I prefer to go to hill stations like Kullu Manali, Shimla or Kashmir in India or Bali / Pataya.

    My beauty regime during summer is... Light natural looking make-up.

    My diet during summer is... Small regular meals lots of cold fruits and water/juices.

    My fitness regime during summer is... I dont miss my Gym and Tango class. I recently started kickboxing and swimming.

    One summer tip for your fans... Apply sun screen before going in sun. And consume lot of liquid food.
