    You know that eating thermogenic foods can be a valuable addition to your weight loss planóbut not everyone wants the hassle of following complicated recipes, at least not all the time.

    Here are some quick, easy meals and snacks featuring fat-burning foods:

    Scrambled eggs with prepared salsa spooned over top. (Make sure you get jarred salsa without added sugar.)
    Oatmeal made from steel-cut oats, berries and low-fat milk with cinnamon sprinkled on top.
    Omelet with spinach and mushrooms.
    Fruit salad with pears, peaches, apples and grapefruit, drizzled with honey and lemon juice and sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon.
    Salad with grilled chicken breast, spinach, chopped broccoli, chopped cauliflower, chopped apple and apple cider vinaigrette.
    Ryvita (or other whole-grain cracker bread) topped with lean turkey breast, chopped spinach and spread with salsa or mustard.
    Steamed kale or Swiss chard, drained and tossed with olive oil and lemon zest.
    Roasted asparagus and cauliflower tossed with olive oil, served with a baked salmon fillet.
    Baked apples drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
