    1. One of the easiest and successful home remedies for weight loss is honey. In the morning on an empty stomach drink a glass of warm water and add 10 grams of honey in it. If you found effective, the dose can be increased with time.

    2. One more easy remedy for weight loss is limejuice. You can also mix one teaspoon of fresh honey and juice of half a lime in a glass of warm water. Have this in the early morning.

    3. Eat 12-14 fully grown curry leaves every morning for 3 months. It is found very helpful and effective remedy for weight loss.

    4. Consume 2-3 fresh tomatoes on an empty stomach every morning. This has been found very effective in curing obesity.

    5. In a cup of water, add 3-tablespoon limejuice, 1-tablespoon honey and tablespoon powdered black pepper. Drink this mixture regularly at least once a day for 3 months.

    These all tips are very effective home remedies for weight loss.

    Those were some great and informational tips on weight loss, last summer i gained a lot of weight up to 82 kilos, i then started consuming 2 cups of green tea daily. I lost 5 kg for that in 3 months. Green tea is slow in giving results but the results it brings are normally long lasting.I am now 69 kg, and i take green tea regularly.

    In my point of view do little bit exercise daily in home or walk,running on treadmill.Then drinks juices,vegetables,fruits for normal routine instead of fast food or calories foods.

    I'm already taking honey and lime juice in my daily intake for losing weight but never tried grown curry leaves and fresh tomatoes before.So I'll gonna give them a try and hope both will show me some quick weight loss results.

    The best way to lose weight at home is to do regular cardio exercise like rope skipping and jogging in your home lawn. Drink plenty of water. Use lemon juice in the morning and orange juice in the afternoon. Avoid heavy oily foods and fast foods. Eat high protein foods.
