    Last week, after nearly a year, Rani Mukerji came out of hibernation and made a public appearance at the launch of a spa, stunning everyone present. The now slim and svelte Rani took many by surprise. Gone is the behenji look from her last release, Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic, and we can all thank her physical trainer Satyajeet Chaurasia for it.

    Known as Satya in the industry, he helped Rani lose the kilos she had piled on for Hadippa, where she is playing a cricketer. Determined to look fitter for a solo song that will be picturised on her soon, Rani has strictly given up mutton, chicken and sugar. But the Bengali in her would hardly survive without non-vegetarian food, and so, fish and eggs figure on the list of things she is allowed to have.

    Taking to rigorous workouts and Yoga, Rani has succeeded in losing four kilos. Defending Rani, Satya says, ďRani may not have lost too much weight, but she has shed all her excess fat and water retention.Ē

    All this fitness hasnít come cheap to Rani. She has spent nearly Rs 7 lakh on buying machines that aid her workout. She religiously trains for two hours daily and thatís the secret of Raniís renewed appearance.
