Our readers are aware that Katrina Kaif has been roped in to play female lead opposite Aamir Khan in YRF's "Dhoom 3". Now the latest buzz is that Katrina Kaif who is pairing up with Aamir Khan for the first time in YRF's "Dhoom 3" is all set to perform the most dangerous stunts ever by a leading lady in a Yash Raj film.

The voluptuous beauty, who until now limited herself to soft romantic roles, would shed all mush to transform in to a daredevil for the forthcoming adrenalin pumping - ‘Dhoom 3’ opposite Aamir Khan.

Talking to daily, a source said, “If you look at the other Dhoom films the ladies Esha Deol, Bipasha Basu and Aishwarya Rai had no real stunts to perform. In ‘Dhoom 3’ Katrina was given at least 3 major action sequences for which she was to be specially trained. Now after Tiger, Yashraj is adding a couple of more action sequences which would be managed by a fleet of action co-ordinators."

It is being reported that Aamir Khan, who plays Katrina`s soul-mate in ‘Dhoom 3’, doesn`t have that many action sequences. "He plays a cool cerebral villain, more into the intellect than fists. Yes, he does have some major stunts. But Katrina plays the more fist-friendly character. And ‘Dhoom 3’ would be her first full-fledged action role," said the source.

Yash Raj Films is leaving no stone unturned for the third instalment of the movie “Dhoom” franchise. After the success of “Dhoom” and “Dhoom 2”, there is much buzz in Bollywood-town about “Dhoom 3”. The film is being produced by Aditya Chopra and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya.

No doubt, Katrina Kaif will rule the box office this year. After all, she is working with all the three Khans of Bollywood. She is romancing Salman Khan in Ek The Tiger, Shahrukh Khan in Yash Chopra’s untitled love triangle and Aamir Khan in Dhoom 3.

The shooting for “Dhoom 3” begins recently and the film is expected to hit the theatres in 2013.
