Ayushmann Khurrana is the next big thing to happen to the Hindi film industry. After the Khans and Kapoors, this Khurrana is here to rule.

Ayushmann walked away with the two black ladies at the 58th Filmfare Awards that were held in the city last night. Ayushmann won the award for Best Playback (Male) for the song Pani Da and the best debut male for Vicky Donor.

But the actor is happy doing his own thing. "I have no idea about these clans in Bollywood. I'm a simple guy from Chandigarh who is trying to make it big".

With both his acting and singing career taking off, Ayushmann will now sing two songs for Nautanki Sala. "I keep believing that i'm an actor who sings not a singer who acts. My voice has a different texture and it needs to be exploited. I need to practice and I'm doing a lot of riyaz these days, from late into the night to early in the morning. I'm sure I have sung better in Nautanki Sala and am looking forward to it. My singing needs to go hand in hand with my acting".
